The 3% Movement began nearly a decade ago when its founder recognized that only 3% of Creative Directors in advertising were women. Through events, mentorships and the continued efforts of a supportive community of women in advertising, that number has risen to 29% (as of 2019).
I was tasked with the concept and design of Wunderman Chicago’s ad in the 3% Conference Workbook for the 2018 2-day conference.
